by Andrea J. Miles (Author)
This is not solely about the death of Brian Jones nor is the focus entirely on his alcohol and substance abuse. Brian Jones The Original Rolling Stone captures the spirit of the teenager and man who dreamt of, created and performed with The Rollin' Stones who eventually became The Rolling Stones and the greatest Rock and Roll band of all time. Here, the essence of Jones's motivating force and principles are illustrated through an accessible astrological narrative, coupled with insight and research into his beliefs as well as his psychic sensitivity and ill-health. He, like all of us, was complexed, a flawed human being who was perfectly imperfect. Jones's untimely death led him to become one of the first members of what is known in pop mythology today as the 27 Club.
