The purpose of this journal is to guide you in becoming peace. In its context, you will find writing prompts for healing, visualization practices, moments for mindfulness, affirmations, and so much more. It is in organizing our thoughts and addressing our triggers that gives us a truer since of self. And in doing so, we realize that peace is not a thing to seek, but instead it is a state of BEING. You are peace. Enjoy your journey.
