by Jin Lan Cera (Author), Anna Watson (Editor), Alexander Valchev (Cover Design by)
AWAKENING... (ISBN: 9780998989969), chronicles Cera's life story through her experiences of painful survival, the Law of Attraction, arriving her dream life, spiritual awakening, and Buddhism. Since she's a science lover, many credible sources of fascinating life science discoveries of the world are cited.
"The most valuable treasure of this book isn't my stories but those miraculous life science discoveries that inspired me to revisit those ancient religious scripts which I rejected for 56 years.
"I was born in an atheist society during the Cultural Revolution. Although I heard words like, God/Buddha, frequently since Mao died, I never understood what they mean," said Cera. "This book unravels how a stubborn atheist science lover was enlightened by a web of brilliant stars of life scientists & Buddhist/Taoist grand masters. I realized that the ultimate truth of the Universe and life aren't secret. They were systematically taught by ancient Sages, and numerous dedicated wisdom seekers witnessed and documented precisely. These ancient teachings are beyond science and philosophy, because the latter two only look outward for truth while the former observe both outward and inward. These ancient teachings aren't just theories, they were firsthand experiences and can be experienced by any sincere truth seekers."
Cera plans to write a series of books sharing her amazing experiences with practicing the profound Buddha dharmas. She hopes to engage with like-minded wisdom seekers to share discoveries and insights of Buddhism on her social media platforms and even meditate together. "Everyone benefits from the spiritual synchronicities," said Cera.
