Author Biography
Victor Amat es licenciado en Psicología por la Universidad Ramon Llull y actualmente ejerce como terapeuta, formador y colaborador en varios medios. En su juventud, fue campeón europeo de kick boxing, y su experiencia como luchador y entrenador le ha servido para moldearse como psicólogo especializado en estrategia y persuasión. Es profesor colaborador en destacadas instituciones públicas como el Institut Català de la Salut, la Generalitat de Catalunya, la Universidad de Barcelona, la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona o la Universidad Ramon Llull. Actualmente dirige el posgrado en Intervención Breve y ha creado la Escuela Palo Bajo, donde imparte sus enseñanzas a profesionales de la salud de habla hispana. Es padre de tres hijos y piensa que las dificultades de la vida siempre tienen solución.
