"Actualized Recovery is undoubtedly one of the most powerful books on overcoming addiction and trauma that I have ever encountered. It presents a proven roadmap, leading readers from the depths of despair to a state of peaceful wellbeing and happiness. The innovative methodology, especially the brain-first approach, establishes a new benchmark in the field of addiction and recovery. This work is a game-changer, empowering individuals to overcome any addiction or behavioral challenge with dignity and grace. It is a truly remarkable and indispensable read for practitioners and anyone seeking a path to living a heroic comeback story."

Actualized Recovery stands out for its revolutionary brain-first approach. This book brilliantly navigates the complexities of addiction recovery, emphasizing the critical role of brain health and functionality. What I find most compelling is the book's holistic integration of neuroscience, psychology, and lifestyle interventions, offering readers a comprehensive pathway to understanding and overcoming addiction. I highly recommend Actualized Recovery to anyone seeking a profound, sustainable journey towards healing and wellbeing. This book is a must-read for individuals navigating the challenges of addiction, as well as for professionals in the field. It's a testament to the power of understanding and optimizing our brains to achieve lasting recovery."
- Dr. Mark Leeds, D.O., The Rehab Podcast
This amazing book aims to provide hope, ignite curiosity, promote learning, and spread light to those struggling and seeking a solution that makes sense. It ignites the spark for others who care about someone who is having challenges and for those who feel frustrated and dismissed by an old paradigm that does not address the causes of behavioral and substance addiction. Additionally, the book is for people who want to learn the evidence-based connection between the brain and behaviors, to gain personal freedom, a sense of hope in action
