"The dragons are a part of me. They're in my blood."
Aiya Velanyon is a descendant of conquerors; a dynasty of dragon riders that flew across the sea to dominate a continent. The druids who lived there have been wiped out, and magic disappeared from the land. The dragons died out within a generation.
As the last heir to the Velanyon bloodline, Aiya must marry. The king calls for all eligible noblemen from across the continent to come prove their worthiness for the Dragon Princess.
When Aiya's world crumbles to dust around her, she finds an unexpected safe harbor in Draven, a mysterious ranger who holds a dark secret.
She is his madness. He is her salvation.
But her trials are far from over, She needs to find a way to bring back the dragons, or she'll never be whole.
And she needs to do it before someone else does; someone who would use them to break the world.
