ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Paul Thigpen is the author of more than fifty books, six of them for children. The text of this book was written long ago for his preschool daughter, Lydia, who with her husband, Michael, now has five children of her own. With its beautiful new illustrations, it joins his other recently released titles for children God's Wildest Wonderment of All and Colors of Creation as treasures to be enjoyed by a new generation of little ones including his five grandchildren: Francisco, Sofia, Santiago, Lucia, and Avila. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR John Folley is trained in Academic and Impressionist painting with a pedigree that reaches back to the workshops of the Renaissance of Northern Italy.
