by Sam D. Pakan (Author)
Second Lieutenant David Dremmer is entering the Nazi stalag system, and he's carrying a load of secrets. His nemesis, Luftwaffe Leutnant Heinrich Schneider, has rescued him from execution, but his deliverance has likely come at a price.
Now he must navigate a minefield of deception to uncover the truth, and his choices could determine who lives and who dies. He is without a contact, without his trusted friend, Bear, and without Nicole, the Resistance operative he's fallen in love with. In his little corner of hell, his archrival just might be his closest ally.
In this follow-up to the author's award-winning novel Jesse's Seed, David Dremmer discovers what he's willing to die for. But within his soul-refining fire, will he grasp the enormity of what he has to live for?
