Author Biography
Paul Guyer is a registered architect, mechanical engineer, civil engineer, and fire protection engineer with over 35 years of experience in the design of buildings and related infrastructure. For an additional 9 years he was a principal staff advisor to the California Legislature on infrastructure and capital outlay issues. He is a graduate of Stanford University and has held numerous national, state and local positions with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Architectural Engineering Institute and National Society of Professional Engineers. He is a Fellow of ASCE and AEI.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
