It all started in Spokane, WA in 1985, at a fund raising dinner-auction to raise money for a junior hockey team. An ex-hockey player won the right to use the team bus for a three day weekend during that upcoming summer. Little did the group know that this group would soon grow to twenty-four participants in future years, would become an annual trip that would continue for thirty plus years, and would become known as the "Montana Golf Trip."
