by Michael Jon Naugle (Author)
Naugle provides an amusing tale of passion, adventure and misadventure in Obits and Pieces of My Life: A Saga of Family, Friends and Basketball. He relates his baby-boomer experiences growing up in a middle-class, blue-collar family in Hagerstown, Maryland. It follows his career of playing and coaching basketball and the opportunities it afforded him throughout his life. Naugle covers his service in the Peace Corps in the seventies and his professional career working to improve the quality of leisure services for people living with disabilities. He also shares his reflections on how family and friends from many different backgrounds have enriched his life.
