Do you want to be more than just a first baseman? Do you want to become the defensive leader, the quarterback of the infield, who calls the plays and puts them together? To reach your full baseball ability, "The Complete First Baseman" is the best book you can get. This book goes beyond the basics of playing. We'll talk about the mental side of the game and teach you how to stay focused when things get tough, talk to your friends clearly, and lead on the pitch. You'll also learn how to research your opponents, guess what plays they'll make, and make essential changes during the game. It's not enough to do well on the field to be a great first baseman. We'll discuss avoiding injuries, eating for top performance, and creating a pre-game routine that prepares your body and mind. "The Complete First Baseman" has everything you need to improve your game, no matter how experienced or new you are to the game. Step up to the plate, put on your glove, and be the defense force your team needs!
